you to keep all the important events, tests, and diagnoses for you
and your family. This application will avoid duplicate testing and
will allow your various doctors to know what your other doctors have
already done, i.e.. your internist will know what your cardiologist
has done. This application can be fully customized to your specific needs. |
| Medical History for Dental Offices database application | This is an application designed for Dentists, Dental Auxiliaries, and Dental Clinics. It analyzes the response to Medical History questions and provides the proper precautions and information for the Dentist and staff to consider. For example, a positive answer to Asthma generates an automatic warning regarding the potentially fatal combination of Theophyline and Erythromycin. Further, all warnings can be printed to allow the warnings to become part of the permanent patient record. |

It analyzes the response to Medical History questions and provides the proper precautions and information for the Dentist and staff to consider. For example, a positive answer to a Prosthetic Heart Valve generates an automatic warning requiring the use of Prophylactic antibiotics and the recommended drug regimen. Because it is a PALM application, the information can be referenced at any time in any location. When combined with the PC database version described above, the dental professional has ALL the tools needed to insure the proper analysis of a patient's existing medical condition. |
